I’m Genesis — founder of Genesis Designs, where real estate expertise meets intentional design.
With a background in both real estate and interior design, I created this company to be a one-stop destination for clients looking to buy, sell, remodel, or stage their homes.
I combine a deep understanding of the market with a design-forward approach to help clients make confident, strategic decisions — whether they’re preparing a property for sale or transforming a new home to reflect their style.
My goal is simple: to create spaces that not only look beautiful, but feel purposeful and support the next chapter of your life.
Real Estate & Interior Design Services
1) Client Discovery Meeting
30 minute service where the designer meets with the client to understand their goals, preferences, budget, and lifestyle- whether you're redesigning a home you love, preparing to list, or customizing a new purchase.
2) Design Development Phase
We create a cohesive concept with mood boards, color palettes, floor plan ideas, and proposed finishes. Once approved, new begin sourcing materials, etc.
3) Project Management
We coordinate with contractors, vendors, and installers so you don’t have to. Timelines, deliveries, and details are all handled with clear communication and attention to quality — keeping the project moving smoothly from start to finish.
Installation Phase
Designer coordinates with General contractors during installation and trades, ensuring a seamless experience.
Once completed, the Designer does a final walk-through with Client for any final adjustments to ensure everything meets expectations.
